Port Deposit Maryland

The Fair Hill MD Photography Meetup Group held a photo session in Port Deposit Maryland.  Port Deposit is located along the Susquehanna River and, at one time, served as the meeting point for buyers and sellers dealing with lumber from upriver in Pennsylvania and New York.  Today the town appears to be undergoing an effort to revitalize itself but there still is a “rustic” air about the place, perfect for the photographers among us.  About 15 photographers were in attendance..

For the photographers among you:  I  again found room to pack my DSLR and lenses and, this time, even Kathy took hers along.  So, images taken with a Nikon D300 are Joes.  Nikon D60 images are Kathy's.  This was also the second time we geotagged our images with a Sony GPS-CS3KA.
